Originally joining Kemin in 2014, Pompeu has excelled in various capacities including technical services, quality, and marketing.

Taffet will be responsible for driving transformative growth strategies across the company's expanding snacks portfolio, which includes iconic brands like Hershey's, Reese's, Jolly Rancher and Dot's Homestyle Pretzels.

Aoukar brings a wealth of experience in supply chain and operations leadership within the consumer packaged goods industry. Most recently, he served as chief operating officer at ByHeart.

Dabek has led the cooperative's sales, marketing, innovation, insights, revenue management and demand planning teams as the owner of the P&L for the cooperative's US region.

To support the company's next chapter, Tracey Warner Halama, former CEO of Vital Proteins and industry veteran, will join Supergut as CEO.

David Jacobs joined the company as vice president of marketing for Mars Food & Nutrition North America. Jacobs reports to Dave Dusangh, regional president of Mars Food & Nutrition North America.

In his new role, Buttshaw will lead the continued development of the ingredient solutions business from operational excellence to financial growth across the business unit's teams, including its research and development, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and sales and marketing teams. 

To position the company for its next phase of growth, the following appointments to key executive positions have been announced.
