Vie de France Yamazaki, Vienna, Va., says its new individual Tartelette desserts bring a “touch of Paris” to a dessert plate and will prompt restaurant patrons to exclaim, “Delicieuse!” Each thaw-and-serve, 3.5in Tartelette features an all-butter crust and decadent ingredients—such as almond frangipane, salted caramel, poached pears and pistachio pieces. Varieties include Citron, Mixed Berry Crumble, Pear Pistachio and Salted Caramel Chocolate. Vie de France also offers two new, 9in layer cakes: Bananas Foster and Strawberry Shortcake.
