Rick Richard, Director of Food Ingredients, Univar Inc.

Rick Richard joined Univar in 1998 and has served as director of food ingredients since 2012. Richard served in various positions throughout Univar, including regional food industry manager for the Western Region, sales manager and account executive food specialist. Prior to joining Univar, he worked as a regional sales manager for NutraSweet Kelco Co., and as a food technologist and quality assurance manager for Nugget Distributors. Richard earned a B.S. degree in Food Science from California Polytechnic State University–San Luis Obispo.
