Chef Ari Slatkin, the culinary support guru, is the sous chef for Chef Danhi & Co. and holds degrees in anthropology, culinary arts and hospitality restaurant management. A key member of the team to produce Southeast Asian Flavors, chef Slatkin led much of the research, recipe testing, cooking and bending of light for the photo shoots. This alumnus of the University of Colorado, and all three campuses of the New England Culinary Institute, now resides in Hermosa Beach, Calif. Chef Slatkin can be reached at ari@chefdanhi.com.
