During her two decades at Johnsonville, Shelly Stayer led several new product introductions, with the most recent developments including a branded mustard line and the indoor Sizzling Sausage Grill.

This funding will advance Good Culture in the company’s next chapter through expanded distribution and product development to grow in the overall dairy category.

Garden Fresh Gourmet is part of the Campbell Fresh division, which also includes Bolthouse Farms. Campbell recently announced the sale of its Everett, Washington, refrigerated soup plant that was also part of Campbell Fresh.

The committee’s work will kick off at a public meeting to be announced in the coming weeks. The committee will review scientific evidence on specific nutrition and health related topics and scientific questions (PDF, 477 KB) that, for the first time, reflect both public comments and federal agency input. Throughout their deliberations, the public and other stakeholders will be encouraged to provide comments and feedback.

Troyer is the second add-on acquisition that Lipari has completed since H.I.G. acquired the company in January 2019 and part of a broader M&A-oriented growth strategy.

The two new primary schools will be completed and opened mid-year 2019. In 2016, Synergy Flavors completed the construction of two schools near Sambava, Madagascar, and two additional facilities were built last year in Antohomaro and Farahalana, Madagascar, to replace two others that were destroyed by Cyclone Enowa.

As outlined in August 2018 as part of the company’s Board-led strategy and portfolio review, Campbell is in the process of divesting its Campbell Fresh and Campbell International businesses to increase the company’s focus, significantly reduce debt and strengthen its balance sheet.

Several issues have come to the forefront over the past few years, including supply chain challenges (i.e., addressing contaminants in cocoa), increased focus on labor practices in origin countries, and assuring traceability of raw materials.
