Bell Flavors & Fragrances said its Northbrook, Ill., location completed an audit of its expanded range of USDA certified organic flavors. The audit was conducted in partnership with Quality Assurance International (QAI).
Florida Food Products (FFP) showcased several new beverage concepts during the 2022 Beverage Forum on April 28-29 in Chicago. FFP’s tabletop included sample several exciting flavor creations developed by the FFP team of formulation experts and learn more.
A recent study by Mintel revealed that some three-quarters of consumers “enjoy spicy foods to some degree,” and nearly a third felt that, “when it comes to spicy, the hotter the better.”
