The Dannon Company announced a landmark commitment to further improve the nutrition profile of its yogurt products.

Dannon will further improve by 10% the nutrient density of its products in part by increasing nutrients that are encouraged in a healthy diet, while reducing total sugar and fat, and will invest in nutrition education and research focused on healthy eating habits.
Sensient Technologies Corporation announced its board of directors has appointed Dr. Elaine R. Wedral to the newly created position of lead director.
