AFS coating systems are developed to fit seamlessly into current processing lines.  For example, our Seal ‘N Crisp FVS/FMS batters produce a tempura-style coating that can be mixed in a standard batter mixer and applied using a standard overflow batter applicator without causing the leavening system to break down.
