To reinforce that Brazilian flavors originating from exotic and historical regions of the country match palates from around the world, 14 Brazilian companies in the confectionary industry took a selection of products ranging from sweets filled with acai, to chocolates with 80% cacao, to ISM 2016 in Cologne, Germany.
Through the Brasil Sweets and Snacks Project, celebrated between ABICAB (the Brazilian Association of Cacao, Chocolates, Candies and Byproducts Industry) and The Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil), Berbau, Docile, Dori, Embaré, Garoto, Harald, Jazam, Montevérgine, Nugali, Peccin, Prodasa, Riclan, Simas and Vonpar, will exhibit product lines that are already successful among Brazilian consumers, banking on differentiation such as the 'Brazilianness' of the products and the uniqueness of the raw materials used.
The toppings manufacturer Jazam, for example, launched different packaging formats of their colored toppings line Coloreti, such as Amore, Festa Amore and Star, for their appearance in the New Product Showcase, at a central point in the fair where the main product releases from various manufacturers and countries will be concentrated. It was an opportunity for the visitors to discover innovative, attractive and unique products.
