Keebler, a Kellogg Co. brand, will launch two small, thin cookies next month in response to the current trend for such treats. Simply Made Crispy Chocolate Chip and Simply Made Crispy Lemon Delight are made with simple, recognizable ingredients typically found in the kitchen, such as flour, eggs, butter and real sugar. A re-sealable, standup bag helps keep them fresh and crispy.
