Each Soft White roll contains 120 calories, 5 grams of fiber and 5 grams of protein, while each Brown Seeded rolls has 150 callories, 5 grams of fiber and 6 grams of protein. The latter also has toasted sunflower seeds and golden linseeds for added nutrition.
