ioTech International™ was created to harness the powerful properties of iodine for safe and effective antimicrobial products. The company is developing a range of products based on its core technology that rapidly, effectively, and safely destroy a broad spectrum of bacteria, viruses, fungi, and spores. These include pathogens that cause foodborne illnesses (Norovirus, Salmonella, E-coli, and Listeria), as well as pathogens responsible for hospital-acquired infections (MRSA, C-difficile, VRE, Staph aureus, and Klebsiella).

ioFresh's™ powerful, antimicrobial technology makes it the only product on the market to drastically reduce your produce spoilage.

ioFresh™ was tested by a major U.S. university, and at independent laboratories, to examine the efficacy of ioFresh™ as a produce wash for the purpose of extending shelf life. In their controlled testing, the University determined that produce treated with ioFresh™ remained fresh for more than five times longer than untreated produce. The researchers stated, "Overall, the refrigerated treated samples had a much longer shelf life than refrigerated control samples."

In similar tests performed by ioTech International™, ioFresh™-treated strawberries did not show any signs of spoilage after 30 days (photos attached).

For more than two years, chemist Rodger Kolsky, Dr. Jack Kessler and Dr. Herb Moskowitz (the founders of ioTech International™) worked to create what is now the safest, most powerful and stable form of iodine for commercial use. What began as a small, makeshift laboratory out of a garage has now evolved into a fully-functioning company based out of South Florida, with products being manufactured in state-of-the-art facilities in the Midwest and the Northeast.
