Personal care and wellness products maker Arbonne International, LLC, Irvine, Calif., introduces PhytoSport, its first sports nutrition line.

Arbonne’s three-step PhytoSport system features natural, botanical ingredients in three key products to help prepare for physical exertion (Prepare & Endure), then replace electrolytes (Complete Hydration) and recover (After Workout).

Officials say PhytoSport Prepare & Endure is an orange-pineapple flavored supplement, providing simple carbohydrates that can be readily converted into functional energy to sustain intensity and exertion for activity. Prepare & Endure delivers carbohydrates, ribose and L-carnitine.

Complete Hydration delivers a blend of six electrolytes to support optimal hydration for proper muscle and cell function, and to replenish electrolytes lost during exercise. Antioxidant vitamin C helps fight free radicals created during exercise. Ribose and carbohydrates support energy levels.

After Workout delivers an ideal (2:1:1) ratio of branched-chain amino acids that help alleviate exercise-induced muscle soreness to support recovery.

All three PhytoSport products contain a proprietary Arbonne PhytoSport Blend of botanicals. The blend consists of: cayenne to support circulation; ginseng to support physical capacity and performance; and turmeric to support joints and delivers antioxidant protection.

Arbonne PhytoSport products are vegan and formulated without gluten.
