Nutrisystem, Inc., Fort Washington, Pa., greeted 2015 with a new weight loss program: Fast 5+, a new program to help customers lose five pounds PLUS one inch off their waist in their first week of dieting—or their money back guaranteed.
Interestingly enough Wal-Mart shoppers find still more Nutrisystem diet solutions on shelf. That’s because the company offers a Nutrsisystem D line (distinguished with blue packaging), which offers “simple, effective weight loss solution for people with diabetes that meets the nutritional guidelines of the American Diabetes Association,™” the company says.
Plus, Nutrisystem D is clinically proven to help people with type 2 diabetes lose weight and lower their A1c (blood sugar levels). Officials say clinical studies demonstrate that, Nutrisystem D participants, in combination with counseling sessions, lost an average of 18 pounds and lowered their A1c levels on average by 0.7%. Plus, more than 50% lost enough weight to significantly benefit their health.
Nutrisystem lets program users select from three different diabetes and weight control meal plans: “Basic,” “Core” and “Uniquely Yours” with up to as many as 150 different foods and drinks. Meanwhile, the company continues to offer several Nutrisystem D products at Wal-Mart including boxed meal kits as well as Blueberry Muffins, Cinnamon Buns, Chocolate Chip Cookies, RTD Chocolate Shakes and RTD Vanilla Shakes.
