ConAgra Foods’ Lamb Weston business, Eagle, Idaho, says its new Alexia Oven Roasted Potato Medley combines sweet potatoes and three naturally colorful heirloom potato varieties in purple, gold and rose hues.

Lamb Weston oven-roasts the product and adds a touch of canola oil and seasoning. The offering has no trans fat and is cholesterol-free. It also is a good source of fiber and potassium, and an excellent source of vitamins A and C, the company says.
