Bing Beverage Company—and its original Bing cherry drink—was developed by a husband-and-wife team and introduced to the Colorado market in 2007.The premise? Many people like caffeinated beverages but also want a good-tasting, healthy alternative—without all the sugars or artificial flavors. Now available to foodservice is the company’s latest offering: new Bing Black. Made with blackberry juice, one serving contains only 40 calories; 8g of sugar and carbs; all-natural flavors and colors; five B vitamins; and no HFCS. Officials describe it as “moderately caffeinated” and “a refreshing pick-me-up.”
