Mars North America adds some layer to its Combos brand of snacks.


The company notes the launch should build on the 2011 launch of Combos Baked Snacks Buffalo Blue Cheese Pretzel, one of a variety of products which have driven the Combos brand to double-digit sales increases in recent years. The introduction of the 7 Layer Dip Tortilla variety may well benefit from Combos’ strong position among Hispanic consumers, which comprise 21% of its consumers, according to NPD Panel data.
