Over the last three years as general manager of Puratos Chocolate USA, Duvauchelle and his team have created an efficient, safe and quality-focused operation, achieving SQF certification.
Before transitioning to the Puratos US team, Duvauchelle worked for Puratos Group in Brussels, Belgium, as business unit director for Patisserie Mixes, where he was one of the driving forces of innovation and growth of this category worldwide.
Current Puratos USA president, Karel Zimmermann, will fully transition to his role as regional director of North America focusing on business growth in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
