The Ready Pac Foods Bistro Slider Salad features mini charbroiled burger patties, sitting on a bed of iceberg and romaine lettuce and topped with grape tomatoes, cheddar cheese, dill pickle-flavored croutons and Thousand Island dressing.

Savoury Systems International (SSI), flexed its culinary muscles and offered several savory dishes at the 2012 IFT Expo. Each dish reflected SSI’s diverse product line, which includes a variety of yeast extracts, organic-compliant products, salt replacers and much more. Visitors sampled a Codfish Green Tea Bisque, Beef Short Rib Sliders and Orange Chicken Shred with Rice.
