Michael Kronberg, who has been serving as controller and is based out of 4Front’s flagship facility in Matteson, Illinois, will assume the role of interim CFO.

Vireo Growth Inc. has named Amber Shimpa as chief executive officer, effective immediately.

Goubert has served as president since Oct. 12, 2022 and as CEO since Feb. 13, 2023. 

Ascend Wellness Holdings, Inc. announced John Hartmann will no longer serve as chief executive officer and Mark Cassebaum has been terminated as chief financial officer, effective immediately.

Until March 31 or until a successor is named, Klein will continue in his role as CEO and as a member of the company's Board of Directors. The board is in the process of securing a search firm to initiate a CEO selection process.

The company has appointed Larry Weintraub of Los Angeles, California, as Tinley's new CEO. Zittell will serve as chairman of Tinley's Board of Directors.

Jason Macintosh has been named as the company's first chief financial officer and Mohsin Iqbal has been named as senior director of sales, finance and insights.
