DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences showcases extensive bakery ingredients line at IBIE19

DuPont will use Booth # 5015 to showcase its cutting-edge science and solutions to those baking challenges. DuPont offers ingredient technology in applications across the baking industry, including yeast-raised sweet goods, cakes, tortillas, flatbreads, pan breads, buns, rolls, bagels and fillings, glazes and toppings.
Beginning in 2020, both trade shows will take place under the same convention space, alternating between Germany and France

The strategic decision to co-locate the two events was based on extensive research conducted amongst visitors and exhibitors. Over 65% of exhibitors stated that they would support an annual co-located Fi Europe and Hi Europe, and 75% of visitors confirmed that they would visit the show every year.
