Roger Clemens, DrPH, FIFT, CFS, FASN, FACN, CNS, FIAFST, is the executive vice-president of Polyscience Consulting and an adjunct professor of pharmacology and pharmaceutical sciences for the USC School of Pharmacy, International Center for Regulatory Science. A former president of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), he has held numerous positions in the food, food safety, and food ingredient industries, and has taken active part in the advisory and review boards for more nearly two dozen scientific journals and institutions.
