Marie Rittweger, a Nerac analyst, works with food and beverage companies on technical analyses and solutions involving food chemistry, environmental, military and agricultural matters predominately related to technological developments and their applications. Rittweger worked with the Carvel Corporation’s R&D team, primarily on product formulations, line trials, regulatory affairs and shelflife testing. She is a certified professional food safety manager and is certified in hazardous waste operations and emergency response.
