The MiApp tool builds on the business’s digital offerings to customers which include the launch of myCargill.com, a 24-7 customer portal for a pilot group of edible oil customers in the United States, now expanded to pilot customers in Malaysia.

Under the terms of the agreement, which has been unanimously approved by both Boards of Directors, DuPont shareholders will own 55.4% of the shares of the new company and existing IFF shareholders will own 44.6%. Upon completion of the transaction, DuPont will receive a one-time $7.3 billion special cash payment, subject to certain adjustments.  

This third round of funding will help accelerate Perfect Day’s business growth to further its commitment to bringing consumers the dairy products they know and love, completely animal-free.
