January 14/Philadelphia/ Press Release – Philadelphia Macaroni Company, one of the country’s oldest and largest industrial pasta manufacturers, agreed to purchase Unilever’s pasta facility located in Harrisburg, Pa. Terms of the sale agreement were not disclosed.
