Two chef-driven consumer packaged goods brands Wicked Kitchen and Good Catch are making a splash in the industry by announcing Wicked’s acquisition of the premier plant-based seafood brand’s North American channels. The deal will extend Wicked Kitchen’s multi-category plant-based offerings to frozen and ambient seafood products enhancing the company’s expansive portfolio of meal solutions and ingredients.

Eagle Foods announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Helper main meals and Suddenly Salad side businesses from General Mills, Inc. The proposed transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of calendar year 2022, subject to regulatory approval.
