National Restaurant Association unveils findings at Restaurant Innovation Summit

The National Restaurant Association released new research during its second annual Restaurant Innovation Summit that shows overall technology use in restaurants is increasing.
In its annual national survey of professional chefs and members of the American Culinary Federation, the National Restaurant Assn. (NRA) zeros in on “which foods, beverages, cuisines and culinary themes will be hot trends on restaurant menus.”
Winner of one of the National Restaurant Association’s 2012 Food and Beverage Innovation Awards, new SasaPops Dessert Bars may be the nation’s first pops with dessert inclusions, such as cake chunks in decadent, real cream bases.
