Insa is releasing limited-edition, chef-curated products just in time for crisp, fall weather.

Available at Insa’s Massachusetts locations, the brand is releasing Caramel Apple Drops and the Maple Bacon Milk Chocolate Bar to help consumers welcome the season.

“With our 2024 fall collection, we continue to redefine the edible experience, bringing the spirit of the season to life,” says Julian Rose, head chef and director of R&D at Insa. “Our commitment to craftsmanship ensures that each of our new offerings are crafted with fresh, unique ingredients that not only deliver in taste but also encapsulate the warmth and nostalgia of autumn.”

The Caramel Apple Drops, a variation of Insa’s Sour Green Apple Drops, are made with natural fruit puree, natural caramel flavors and a light dusting of sugar. The drops retail for $25.

The Maple Bacon Milk Chocolate Bar combines creamy, European milk chocolate with caramelized sugar, maple, vanilla and a savory touch of smoky bacon flavor. Each piece contains 5 mg THC, with 100 mg total per bar. The bar retails for $25.
