Chicken of the Sea Frozen Foods (COSFF) announced the appointment of Dane Wigand as business development manager, foodservice & wholesale.

In his new role, Wigand is responsible for driving sales through Foodservice and wholesale customers while implementing new business strategies in these channels. Before joining COSFF, Wigand worked in national sales at Prime Seafood Imports and ran Atlas Seafood Exchange, an import broker. He will report to Tiffany Hicks, senior vice president, foodservice and wholesale.

Chicken of the Sea Frozen Foods is a fully owned subsidiary of the Thai Union Group. It operates seafood brands including Chicken of the Sea, Xcellent, Asian Gold, Orion, and VanCamps, sold at retailers, clubs, wholesalers, broadline foodservice operators, and national restaurants chains.
