Prepared & Ready chef-crafted meals are delivered fresh and ready to reheat in a microwave within minutes. Each meal is nutritionist-approved, pre-made and non-frozen, and brings quality ingredients with flavors to mealtime without the prep. At launch, customers can choose from over 16 Prepared & Ready options with additional brand-new recipes and meal categories to be released throughout the year.
Blue Apron’s Prepared & Ready meals let customers jumpstart their wellness goals for the new year, with a variety of well-balanced options to choose from each week, like Carb Conscious, 30g or more of Protein and 600 Calories or Less. The recipes feature signature Blue Apron sauces, seasonal produce, vegetarian options and meats prepared sous vide, a French technique that locks in flavor and freshness for a tender and juicy result.
Prepared & Ready meals include staple Blue Apron pantry ingredients and a variety of brand-new items, like southwestern-style turkey carnitas, riced cauliflower and broccoli, and quinoa. Menu options include:
