Macalat is a certified organic, sugar-free Sweet Dark Chocolate. The product, which made its debut at this year’s Natural Products Expo East, in Philadelphia, is made without sugar, including coconut sugar. It is sweet, smooth and contains 70% Cacao. It is formulated with plant-based superfood inclusions such as Maca, Lucuma, Vanilla, Monk Fruit, and Cinnamon, which result in Macalat’s gentle caramel-like sweetness. The noteworthy final touch is a mushroom extract that provides a smooth sweet finish, without bitterness.
