Sesajal S.A. de C.V. announced that it has taken a minority investment in Rhythm Superfoods, a US-based manufacturer of organic and non-GMO innovative plant-based superfood snacks. As part of the investment, the two companies will partner to continue to drive growth, expand capacity, as well as increase investments in marketing initiatives and new product innovation.
Rhythm Superfoods is a leader in plant-based snacking with their first-to-market Kale Chips, Beet Chips, Carrot Sticks, Mango Bites, Pineapple Chips and most recently their Cauliflower Bites. All of their nutrient-dense products are certified Organic, Non-GMO project verified, and certified Gluten Free. Rhythm Superfoods’ snacks are currently available online and at most retailers nationwide for $3.99 to $4.99 depending on the product.
Other investors in Rhythm Superfoods include 301 INC, Blueberry Ventures and the CircleUp Growth Fund.
