Bell Flavors & Fragrances announced the promotions of Ted Sawicz to the position of CFO & executive vice president, shared services; Maggie Khembo-Gary to the position of senior manager, human resources and Sandy Cordova to the position of senior manager, benefits administration at their headquarters in Northbrook, Ill.
Sawicz joined Bell in 2012 as chief financial officer (CFO). During his tenure with Bell, Sawicz has been directly involved in many growth initiatives for Bell. Ted has over 25 years’ experience in the food manufacturing, distribution and now ingredient industries, where he has held financial positions of increasing responsibility, along with senior roles in sales and general management, operations and business development. Sawicz earned his BS in Accounting at the University of Illinois, Champaign, and his MBA in Marketing and Finance at the Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Khembo-Gary joined Bell in 2010 as HR assistant and quickly was promoted to the positions of senior HR generalist, talent acquisition & employee relations manager and most recently serving in the position of human resources manager. Khembo-Gary earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University and in June 2018, she earned a Master’s Degree (MBA with Organizational Behavior.
School of Management. Khembo-Gary has earned two HR certifications, strategic hr management from Cornell University and PHR (Professional in Human Resources).
Cordova started her career with Bell in 2006 and has served in the roles of HR assistant, HR generalist, HR manager and most recently serving in the position of benefit administration manager. Cordova earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at DeVry University. Recently, she earned her “GBA” (Group Benefits Associate) designation by passing the exam that qualifies towards sitting and passing the certification exam “CEBS” (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) in the near future. This
designation demonstrates the importance of Sandy’s role in implementing and continually improving benefits for Bell employees.
