Canada Bread Company, Limited is making smart snacking easier with the launch of Sanissimo Salmas, a new cracker that is a simple snack on its own or part of a meal. Available now, the wholesome gluten-free crackers are made with non-GMO whole-grain corn flour, oven-baked and do not contain any artificial flavors or colors, sugars or trans-fats.

Crafted from a simple recipe of four ingredients, Sanissimo Salmas crackers contain non-GMO whole grain corn flour, salt, hydrated lime for flavor and tocopherols, a plant sourced ingredient to maintain crispiness. Each three cracker portion contains only 70 calories and zero trans-fat. Each box contains eight individual portions of 3 crackers per box. The packaging is also environmentally responsible as the box is made with 100% recycled fibers, vegetable-based inks and is recyclable, where facilities exist.
