Simply Artisan Reserve, a brand of Litehouse Inc., Sandpoint, Idaho, introduced Simple Seasons, the first real, finely crumbled soft cheese in a convenient, shakeable glass jar.

The cheese comes in blue cheese and feta varieties and is made with just five ingredients: milk, salt, culture, enzymes and an agent to prevent caking. One tablespoon serving of the blue cheese contains 20 calories, 1.5 grams of fat and 1 gram of protein. It can be used on things like burgers, pasta and salads.

It’s available in specialty deli cases in nearly 2,000 select stores nationwide, for a suggested retail price of $5.49 per jar.
