Eli’s Cheesecake of Chicago celebrated National Cheesecake Day (July 30) in tandem with its own 35 anniversary by showcasing one of its newest products, a birthday cake cheesecake called Eli’s Dippers.

The decadent item is made with confetti cheesecake layered with old fashioned birthday cake, enrobed in milk chocolate, rolled in more confetti and served frozen on a stick.

To celebrate its anniversary and promote its new product, the company gave away free Eli’s Dippers to unsuspecting people around Chicago on July 30. And, it did this all via its own cheesecake mobile.
