Victoria Fine Foods (VFF) showcases its commitment to innovation at the 2015 Summer Fancy Food Show at the Javits Center in New York City, with the launch of Victoria Organic, a repositioned Victoria Vegan line, a complete line of low sodium premium sauces and the recent Non-GMO Project Verification of their premium line. All of the Victoria Vegan sauces have been Non-GMO Project verified since 2012, demonstrating their leadership in the Non-GMO movement.
Brooklyn-based Victoria Fine Foods, founded in 1929, is committed to using only fresh ingredients and the most authentic slow kettle-cooking process for a true homemade taste. To support the brand's philosophy of Ingredients Come First™, they recently redesigned their packaging to be the first major brand in the industry to put their ingredients on the front of their premium pasta sauce label.
Victoria's innovations and brand extensions at the show will include:
