The Cher-Make Sausage Company announced an addition of two new products to their 100 Calorie Chicken Sausage line.

A new 100 Calorie Mild Italian Chicken Sausage, along with a new 100 Calorie Pepper Jack Chicken Bratwurst has been added to its original offering of their 100 Calorie Chicken Bratwurst. The bratwurst products feature traditional brat flavor and texture and are made from all-natural chicken. The 100 Calorie Mild Italian Chicken Sausage is seasoned with fennel, garlic and red bell peppers which is perfect either on a bun or as an addition in your favorite pasta dish.

“Since 1928 we’ve made authentic flavor our number one priority. We’ve waited to offer this new line up until the “sausage experience” was up to our company standards. These three new products have been very well received, and are a great way for the calorie counters to enjoy a great taste of Wisconsin,” said Tom Chermak, Cher-Make President.

Chermak also added, “Today’s consumer is looking for healthier choices, so in addition to the 100 calorie per link sausage additions, we’ve formulated them to be gluten free and contain no MSG or added nitrites.”
