GliSODin is the first orally bioactive, vegetarian form of Superoxide Dismutase (SOD). It is the only SOD shown to increase the body's own SOD levels.
A proprietary process integrates gliadin with SOD to protect it from degradation in the digestive tract. Research shows that GliSODin initiates a three-phase immune response that begins when it is presented at a cellular level, in an adequate balance, to the villi of the small intestine.
The body's immune systems are stimulated to produce SOD, catalase and L-glutathione peroxidase, the three key immune response enzymes.
