Mikawaya USA, the L.A. creator of Mochi Ice Cream, introduced Mikawaya Exottics, a new line of premium, gourmet ice creams inspired by authentic Asian cuisine and fruits.
Mikawaya Exottics Ice Cream is available in pints, ice cream bars, ice cream sandwiches and 3.6oz cups. It also comes in 5-quart pails and 3-gallon tubs for restaurants and other foodservice operators. The line includes up to 14 Asian-influenced flavors, including Black Sesame, Green Tea Matcha, Lychee, Taro and Yuzu Sorbet.
“We want to offer our loyal consumers the traditional taste of home in our selected flavor line-up of authentic Asian-influenced flavors,” says Mikawaya president Joel Friedman.
