December 4/Parsippany, N.J. -- Cream of Wheat has added a Maple Brown Sugar Stovetop variety, the brand’s first flavored hot cereal in the stovetop category. It features maple and brown sugar flavors and promises to be an excellent source of iron, calcium and vitamin D.

B&G Foods Inc. says Cream of Wheat Maple Brown Sugar Stovetop is available at major retailers throughout the U.S. for an SRP of $4.19 for a 28oz. box.

B&G Foods also has added Cream of Wheat Instant Bananas and Cream, a flavored instant hot cereal for an SRP of $4.19.

In addition, to reach the growing number of gluten-free consumers, B&G Foods has launched Cream of Rice. The product is available for $2.49 for Cream of Rice Stovetop and $4.19 for Cream of Rice Instant.
