Brookfield, a leader in viscosity measurement and control solutions offers two “hands-on” courses to help users better understand instrument functionalities and solve the mysteries of fluid behavior—all while creating a successful and repeatable method. One course helps users get the most out of Brookfield Viscometer and Rheometer measurements. A second, “lab day” course on advanced viscosity test methods focuses on customers’ interests, formulations and processing problems. Attendees are encouraged to bring samples, which will be reviewed to determine “best practice” methodology for making measurements, including: yield stress, shear-rate ramps, viscosity vs. temperature profiles, creep and viscoelastic behavior. These one-day courses are offered at Brookfield’s Middleboro, Mass., offices, at customer sites and in major U.S. cities. – Brookfield Engineering
