In this role, Pederson will manage the corporate demand planning and APS functions at Caravan Ingredients; shepherding best practice solutions regarding inventory optimization. He will be responsible for leading Caravan Ingredient's through some of their key company initiatives including SKU optimization, collaborative planning and inventory optimization.

Pederson brings to the company extensive experience with supply chain functions. He has held various leadership roles with The Timken Company including demand and inventory manager, supply chain continuous improvement specialist, principal engineer and senior product development engineer.

In addition to training in Six Sigma, Lean Training, and Lean Manufacturing, Pederson has an outstanding academic background, earning both a Master of Science from Purdue University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
