June 10/New Orleans/PRWEB -- Ticklebelly Desserts has introduced 27 new sweet treats at the International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association Show, including a Bombed Alaska, four flavors of Cake Push Pops, eight new varieties of Cake Truffles, three decadent Ice Cream Cakes, four flavors of Molten Lava Cakes, two new Dipped 4” Layer Cakes, and five new Cake Pop varieties. Ticklebelly’s new desserts are expected to “fill consumer demand for individually sized indulgences,” notes a company release. All of the non-frozen desserts boast a five-day shelflife, and most have MSRPs between $0.99 and $3.49.

“At Ticklebelly, we know bakery buyers need to meet the consumer demand for innovative, high quality, individually portioned desserts and we continue to lead the industry in setting affordable trends in this area,” stated Brian McGuire, president.

“Push Pops originated in the candy and ice cream industries and today Ticklebelly’s Cake Push Pops update the classic idea with cake, crème, and mousse in Piña Colada, Tiramisu, Raspberry, and Triple Chocolate,” explained Scott Chavkin, director of marketing.

“Our Bombed Alaska combines two classics -- The Bombe and Baked Alaska -- and is a dark chocolate devil’s food cake with milk stout ice cream, whisky caramel sauce, and toasted vanilla meringue,” stated Chavkin. “Ticklebelly’s Molten Lava Cakes are the only cakes on the market that offer a molten center whether served hot or cold,” added Chavkin.
