The acquisition involves distribution operations in the U.S., England, France, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Qatar. Prior to this acquisition, Martin-Brower was McDonald's largest distributor in the U.S., Canada, Ireland and Latin America. As a result of this acquisition, Martin-Brower will become McDonald’s largest distributor worldwide.

Martin-Brower is a wholly owned subsidiary of Reyes Holdings LLC, a privately owned food and beverage distribution provider.
