Sangs, which went into administration in January 2012, employs around 60 workers and, produces and distributes fizzy drinks, juices and water, including the Deveron Spring and MacB flavored water brands.

The move will secure the future of all the 60 employees and will see the company's operations absorbed into Cott's global network of soft drink, juice and water bottling plants.

The company also operates a wholesale delivery business from its headquarters in Aberdeenshire and a distribution center in South Lanarkshire.
