Graham’s appointment is part of the company’s newly announced strategy to decentralize its approach to its international business. Seven regional presidents, including Graham, are being empowered to tailor strategies and operations in a way that makes sense for the markets they oversee.
Graham has been an integral part of the company’s success from the beginning. He has served as managing director of product development and as vice president of product management. As an expert on the sourcing, harvesting and processing of superfruits, Graham has played an instrumental role in formulating many of MonaVie’s products. Most recently, he has served as senior vice president of North America and will continue to oversee MonaVie’s product management, development and quality control while taking on the new role of overseeing sales and marketing efforts in the United States and Canada.
“We are fortunate to have someone of Jeff’s talents and abilities as a part of MonaVie’s senior management team,” said Dallin A. Larsen, founder, chairman and CEO of MonaVie. “Jeff’s outstanding contributions have earned him a position of trust within the company and with our distributors. We are confident that Jeff’s leadership abilities will create new momentum and growth in MonaVie’s No. 1 market.”
“I am excited to take on the challenge of developing MonaVie’s North America market and am committed to doing everything in my power to help our distributors succeed,” said Graham. “Through strategic collaboration between our world-class corporate team and exceptional distributor leaders, I believe we’ve only begun to see the potential that exists for MonaVie in this already successful market.”
