August 13/Food Service Director -- James Murray has joined Johnsonville Sausage LLC as a corporate chef. In his new role, Murray will devise on-trend culinary ideation with an emphasis on attracting diners and increasing profit through creative dish development that capitalizes on menu applications featuring Johnsonville products. Murray is a certified executive chef by the American Culinary Federation and has nearly 30 years of foodservice experience.
