March 4/M2 EquityBites -- French food ingredients producer Savena recently acquired the salty food business of Danish Chr. Hansen, ADP News reported.

The company, which is based in Ille-et-Vilaine, northwestern France, carried out the transaction through its subsidiary Saveur SA. No further details were available.
