Mannatech COO Departs

November 19/Obesity, Fitness & Wellness Week-- Mannatech Incorporated, a developer and provider of proprietary nutritional supplements, weight management products and skin care solutions, announced that Terence L. O'Day will resign his position as chief operating officer and executive vice president of Global Operations effective November 30, 2008.

Wayne Badovinus, Mannatech's president and CEO, commented, "We are appreciative of Terry's many valuable contributions to the company. The board of directors, management and I personally extend our best wishes for success to Terry as he pursues a new opportunity with a different company and industry."
